RETURN POLICY:
Sofa Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, any manufacturer fault company will replace it. We only accept return if product is in it’s original packaging. We strongly advice check the measurements before purchasing. Customer has to return the item to the store if return accepted. Once product received in its original condition we will issue refund . The company will not be liable for return shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
Wardrobes Return Policy:
wardrobe return is only accepted within 24 hours if it has been built even partial return is not accepted. Any fault occurs whilst the building company is not responsible.
customer will return the fee for all eligible return items.
Beds: Ottoman beds have seven days return policy again if built up company won't accept returns.
Divan beds are non refundable if used, for divan bed returns are accepted only within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@amffurniture.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: AMF FURNITURE LTD, 22-30 north street KT22 7AT . We arrange shipping service to collect return but customer has to pay for that .
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact should be made within 24 hours of delivery. The company only be responsible if its manufacturer defect found and damage occurs during assembly by yourself company won't be responsible.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
