Structural Integrity:

Any manufacturing defects found in the hardwood frame of your sofa.

Duration: The coverage is valid for 5 years starting from the delivery date. 

Verification: Any claims will be evaluated by an independent organization, such as Castelan or Emmiera, to verify the manufacturing defect.

NOTE: It applies on the products where link is attached under description.

❌Exclusions

Non-Structural Elements: Problems related to cushions, upholstery, or any components that are not part of the frame.

Normal Wear: Deterioration caused by regular usage over a period of time.

Unintentional Damage: Incidents such as spills, stains, or other forms of accidental damage are excluded.
