We offer same-day or next-day delivery for all furniture items within London. For complete details, please visit our website.

Standard Delivery (Outside London)

Orders received from within 100 miles: Delivery will be attempted within 3 to 5 working days.
Orders received from over 100 miles: We aim to deliver within two weeks.

You will receive a call or email with the exact delivery date.

Delivery Process

On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm a 2 to 3-hour time window. Please ensure someone is available during this period.

Due to high delivery volumes, we cannot guarantee specific time slots, but you may choose a preferred delivery date. To keep you updated, please provide an active contact number.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries occur between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Unforeseen delays (traffic, accidents, etc.) may occur, but we will notify you promptly.

Handling Charges

Lift Available: No extra charge.
No Lift Available:
- Beds & Mattresses: Free to first floor; £10 per additional floor.
- Wardrobes: Free to ground floor; £10 per additional floor.
- Sofas: Free to ground floor; £15 per additional floor.
