AMF this weekend to speak to a sales representative and ask questions regarding a possible order. I got through to Ali who was extremely helpful and was able to advise me fully about all my options. Because he was able to give me this advice it made the whole process so much easier and meant I was able to get an order processed much quicker than I had originally thought. Very thankful to him for explaining things fully and being so helpful.

Looking for new suite with sofa bed. Visited several different retailers eventually settling for AMF. AMF never made us feel pressured only welcomed us to the store and to ask for any help if we required it. Once we were fairly sure which suite we liked the salesman was very helpful in explaining all the styles of sofa & chairs. Once we had decided to buy the suite the salesman went through all the various purchase options including any additional products that would help prolong the life of the furniture. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience and we would definitely recommend DFS to family & friends.
