A stressful start, but they truly came through
I ordered a Bianco fireplace and the long delay — caused by the situation between Iran and America — was really frustrating. When it finally arrived and turned out to be faulty, my heart honestly sank.
What surprised me was how much the customer service team cared. They called me, checked in, tried to help me fix it, and even sent someone out to look at the fault. Within weeks, they arranged a full replacement.
Despite the rocky beginning, their kindness, patience, and effort made everything feel lighter. The delivery man was helpful, and the customer service team made me feel looked after from start to finish.
